Electrical wiring in cellars and on attics
Cellars and cellars , as a rule, build of fireproof materials and designs (the bricklaying, steel concrete blocks, overlappings, etc.). Floors are usually conducting: earth, concrete, from the beaten brick, etc. Depending on the condition of soil, efficiency of ventilation, relative air humidity of the cellar and cellars belong to crude and especially crude rooms, and on degree of danger of defeat by electric current — to especially dangerous rooms. Increased requirements are imposed to electroconductings in cellars and cellars, namely:
- it is necessary to apply mains voltage not higher than 42 Century. For this purpose it is necessary to use reducing transformers;
- to carry out the electrical wiring directly on the basis on insulators and rollers the isolated protected wires or cables. At the buried wiring it is forbidden to apply steel pipes with thickness of walls of 2 mm and less;
- it is necessary to use lamps of pressurized construction to exclude hit of moisture in the electrocartridge;
- the switch it is necessary to have out of the cellar and the cellar.
Electrical wiring in garrets
The buried electrical wiring is made in walls and overlappings of fireproof materials at any height.
Opened the electrical wiring in garrets carry out wires and cables with copper veins.
Wires and cables with aluminum veins can be laid in buildings with fireproof overlappings on condition of laying them in steel pipes or it is hidden in fireproof walls and overlappings.
Transit lines on attics up to 5 m long are allowed to be carried out wires with aluminum veins. When laying steel pipes it is necessary to exclude penetration of dust in pipes and connection boxes what apply the condensed threaded connections to.
Pipes can be connected by means of couplings to the thread without consolidations only in dry and easy attics. Pipes lay with the bias so that in them moisture could not accumulate.
Connections and branches of copper or aluminum veins of wires and cables carry out in metal connection (dividing) boxes by welding by molding or by means of the clips corresponding to material, section and the number of veins.
Branches from the lines laid on the attic, it is allowed to the electroreceivers installed out of attics on condition of laying both the line, and branches openly in steel pipes, it is hidden in fireproof walls and overlappings.
The disconnecting devices in the chains feeding lamps, located directly on attics establish out of attics, for example, at the entrance on the attic.
Steel pipes, metal body of lamps and other metal designs of the electrical wiring have to be zanulena. On attics it is forbidden to lay any nonmetallic pipes.Top
