Kinds of cables

AVVG cable

Cables are intended for transfer and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations on the rated alternating voltage of 0,66 kV, 1 kV. Cables are steady against influence of ambient temperature, from -50 °C to +50 °C. The cables which are not extending burning are used for needs of the national economy and deliveries to export, are not intended for use on nuclear power stations. The cables which are not extending burning with low smoke and gas emission are used for common industrial application and nuclear power plants by deliveries to domestic market and export.

The power cable with copper veins, with isolation and the cover from polyvinylchloride plastic compound, without protective cover on rated alternating voltage 0,66kv and 1 kV.

VVG cable

The VVG cable is intended for transfer and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations on the rated alternating voltage of 0.66 kV, with a frequency of 50 Hz. The cable is intended for laying in dry and wet production rooms, on special cable platforms, in blocks and also for laying in the open air. It is not recommended for laying in the earth. Cables in tropical execution of the rack to mold mushrooms. Cables are resistant to influence of relative air humidity to 98% at ambient temperature to plus 35 °C.

The current capacity of cables depends on number of veins and conditions of laying. Production of cables on the rated voltage of 1 kV is possible.

APV wire

APV wire.

It is intended for electrical units at stationary laying in lighting and power networks and also for mounting of electric equipment of machines, mechanisms and machines on rated voltage up to 450 V with a frequency up to 400 Hz or constant voltage to 1000B.

For laying in steel pipes, hollow channels of building constructions, on trays, etc., for mounting of electric circuits. Wires are made different flowers: white, natural or gray (B); yellow, either orange, or violet; red or pink (To); blue or blue (C); green (З); brown (Кч); black (H); greenish-yellow.

  2. Class of flexibility of the vein: 1.
  3. Rated voltage — 450 Century.
  4. Vein material – aluminum.
  5. Execution of the vein – single-wire.

PVS wire

For accession to network circuits of mobile and fixed arrays of household purpose, electric devices, electric tools, the machinery and appliances of household and similar application to networks with a rated alternating voltage up to 380/660B.

  2. Class of flexibility of the vein: 5 (4 for PVS section 4, 6, 10).
  3. Rated tension — 380 Century.
  4. Vein material – copper.
  5. Execution of the vein – multi-wire.
  6. Isolation – PVC-plastic compound.
  7. Cover – PVC-plastic compound.
  8. Operation temperature: from -25 °C to +40 °C.
  9. Service life: 6 years at observance of operating conditions; 10 years when using in stationary wiring.

RKGM wire

Wire output with the vein twisted from copper pro-reducing dies with isolation from silicon rubber in the braid from fiber glass impregnated with enamel or heatresistant varnish.

The wire is intended for the output ends of electrical machines and devices on the rated alternating voltage of 660 V of frequency up to 400 Hz in the absence of influence of hostile environment and oils, does not extend and does not sustain combustion, is steady against influence of mold mushrooms.

The wire is steady against influence of working temperature of the environment from -60 °C to +180 °C and also against influence of relative air humidity of 100% at the temperature of +35 °C, to the increased atmospheric pressure of 29,4х104 Pas.

RKGM wire.

Construction length of the wire:

  • for sections up to 8 sq. mm not less than 200 m (on the drum);
  • for sections up to 8 sq. mm not less than 100 m (in the bay);
  • for sections 10 and 16 of sq. mm not less than 200 m (on the drum);
  • for sections 10 and 16 of sq. mm not less than 50 m (in the bay);
  • for sections from 25 sq. mm and it is higher than not less than 50 m.

Wire service life not less than 8 years.

RPSh wire

RPSh wire.

Wires can be applied on tension respectively of 700 and 1000 V of the direct current.

Working temperature range - from -40 °C to +60 °C and relative air humidity up to 98% at the temperature of +35 °C.

Mounting of wires without preliminary heating has to be made at the temperature not below -15 °C.

It is long admissible temperature on conducting veins of wires not has to exceed +65 °C.
