1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. PRIOR TO WORK.

3.5. Not to put fingers on the elbow rest.
3.6. It is FORBIDDEN to stand during the operating time in the plane of rotation of the emery circle; at this time it is necessary to stand sideways from the circle.

4. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS IN EMERGENCIES.

4.1. In case of ignition of combustible substances it is necessary to use the fire extinguisher, sand, the earth or to cover fire with tarpaulin or felt. It is forbidden to fill in the burning fuel and not switched-off electric equipment with water.
4.2. In all cases of detection of the fire or its signs (smoke, the smell of burning), damages of technical means or other danger the machine operator has to report immediately on the master and leave the dangerous zone.
4.3. At sudden switching off of lighting it is necessary to wait for its inclusion. It is dangerous to move in dark rooms.
4.4. At detection of the slightest symptoms of poisoning or irritation of skin, mucous membranes of eyes, upper airways it is necessary to stop immediately work, to report about it to the master and to address in the first-aid post.

5. UPON TERMINATION OF WORK.
5.1. To stop the machine and to switch off the motor;
5.2. To remove shaving from the machine, to clean it from dust and dirt, to wipe and grease the rubbing parts of the machine;
5.3. To put the workplace in order, to remove the tool in taken away for
its storages place.

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
1.1. Persons not more young than 18 years trained according to the special program, having the admission to these works, which passed the induction and instructing in the workplace can be allowed to work on the lathe.
1.2. Directly in the workplace there has to be the list of the persons allowed to work on the machine.

2. PRIOR TO WORK.

2.1. Check idling operability of the machine and mechanical control, especially reliability of the brake system. Check reliability of ground contacts. 3. DURING THE OPERATING TIME.
3.1. During the works on lathes the following safety requirements have to be fulfilled:

(06) the machines intended for processing of bar material have to be equipped with tubular barriers with noise-absorbing devices for the shelter of bars on all length. On the thread-cutting and other machines which are not intended for processing of lengthy bar material tubular barriers also have to be established. In case of lack of such barriers bars have to be previously cut on preparations of such length that they did not support spindle limits. The bar material given for processing on machines should not have curvature;
(07) on the machines working on the automatic cycle, installation and removal of parts have to be made only on the loading position.
3.2. Sharpening of short cutters has to be made using the corresponding mandrels.
3.3. The cutter is clamped with minimum possible departure not less than three bolts. The machine operator has to have the set of linings of different length and thickness. Only the linings equal to the area of the cutter are used, to enclose pieces of metal under the cutter, accidental linings it is not allowed.
3.4. When fixing the part in the cam boss or use of faceplates it is necessary to take the part cams at perhaps big size, the processed surface to have as it is possible closer to basic or tightening adaptation. It is not allowed that after fixing of the part cams supported from the boss or the faceplate limits of their outside diameter. (01) to wipe and grease center openings of the part;
(02) to check that the sizes of the cone of the turning center corresponded to the center opening of the processed part;
(03) it is reliable to fix the back block and the pintle;
(04) to watch that the part leaned on the center all case part of the center opening, not to allow the emphasis of the center in the bottom of the center opening of the part.
3.7. For processing of the part it is necessary to include at first rotation of the spindle, then giving, at the same time the part should be given to rotation before contact it with the cutter.
At the cutter eyeliner to the mandrel or the faceplate it is necessary to avoid excessively deep giving of the cutter, incision has to be made smoothly, without blows.
Before the machine stop at first it is necessary to switch off giving, to take away the cutting tool from the part, and then to switch off rotation of the spindle.
3.8. During the work at big speeds it is necessary to apply the rotating center.
3.9. When centering parts on the machine, cleaning, grinding of parts the emery cloth, etc. the reztsovy head has to be allocated for filing, the shabrovka on safe distance, and when changing the boss and part also back center (the back block) is removed.
3.10. At installation (screwing on) of the boss or the faceplate on the spindle under them on the machine it is necessary to enclose wooden laying with dredging in the form of the boss (faceplate).
3.11. The boss (faceplate) sudden braking of the spindle is forbidden to screw together. Screwing together of the boss (faceplate) blows of cams about the support is allowed only at manual rotation of the boss, at the same time it is necessary to apply supports with long handles (to deduction by the hand).

3.12. DURING THE WORK ON LATHES IT IS FORBIDDEN.
(01) to use tightening cartridges with the worn-out working planes of cams;
(02) to use not rotating center at high-speed cutting;
(03) to apply the cartridge without fixing with its crackers preventing self-unscrewing at the reverse;
(04) to apply the center with the worn-out or hammered cones;
(05) to slow down rotation of the spindle pressing of the hand the cartridge or the part;
(06) to put parts, the tool and other objects on the bed of the machine and the cover of the back block;
(07) to make filing, polishing and sharpening of the processed parts without use of special devices (tools) and methods ensuring safety of performance of these operations and also to carry out the specified operations manually on the parts having the acting parts, grooves, grooves and to touch with hands or clothes the processed part.
3.13. It is forbidden to work on the machines which are not conforming to safety requirements which are stated in point.

STRONGLY FIX THE PART AND THE CUTTER.
Install reliably the device with cooling liquid and the guard for protection against shavings and splashes of the emulsion.
DO NOT DELETE shaving barehanded, use the special scoop and the hook.

DO NOT LEAVE the key in the boss after fastening and removal of the part from the boss
When processing long parts, in order to avoid the deflection and the departure of the part, use lunettes.
The part preparation acting from the back part of the spindle needs to be protected SURELY.
When cleaning the product NOT USE the file without handle and also DO NOT MAKE cleaning by abrasive paper manually, use at the same time special zazhimka.
At any short-term breaks and absences STOP the machine, SWITCH OFF the breaker.
Timely and accurately stack parts and make cleaning of the workplace.
Remember that not implementation of Rules on TB involves accidents and is considered as violation of the rules of the internal schedule.

THE INSTRUCTION DURING THE WORK WITH THE ELECTRIC DRILL

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

  1. Persons not more young than 18 years which underwent inservice training are allowed to work with the electric drill.
  2. The electric drill has to be given for work only by operational, to the persons having the corresponding certificate on the right of use of it and which passed the induction and instructing in the workplace.
  3. Directly near the workplace there has to be the first-aid kit of first aid.

2. BEFORE THE CUT-IN.

2.1 To put on overalls and to put it in order, having clasped or having clasped with the wide elastic band of the cuff of sleeves, to clasp all buttons, individual protection equipment (goggles).
2.2 To examine the workplace, to remove everything from under legs and from passes. If the working site slippery (iced over or it is poured by oil), it is necessary to sand it. The workplace has to be clean and well lit. To prepare the necessary tool and adaptation.
2.3 To check sharpness of sharpening of the drill and reliability of its fixing in the boss. The spindle should not vibrate, "beat".
2.4 To trace that the cartridge for the drill had the round smooth form without speakers of the ends, bolts and nuts.
2.5 Installation of the working tool, adjustment and also it is possible to repair only at its full stop and shutdown.
2.6 To check whether the workplace is rather lit.

3. DURING THE OPERATING TIME.
3.1. It is forbidden to work with the electric drill from ladders, work from the step-ladder is allowed in the presence only on all working site of barrier and the corresponding emphasis on step-ladder legs.
3.2. It is forbidden to work indoors in which there are combustible liquids, gases or dust.
3.3. The fork of connection of the device has to answer the plug adapter. You do not make any changes on the fork.
3.4. Avoid contact with the grounded surfaces, pipes, the systems of heating, electric stoves and refrigerators.
3.5. Protect the electric drill from impact of the rain and dampness.
3.6. Strongly fix the processed part.
3.7. Use special drills when drilling grooves or slots.
3.8. Make giving of the drill not pushes, and smoothly and evenly.
3.9. Do not clean fingers shaving from the drilled slot. Delete shaving and dust with the brush and bellows.
3.10. Do not process frozen and ice-covered wood.
3.11. Watch operability of the drill, switch off at once if noticed its fault and also in cases:
3.12. a) when fastening of the drill or the processed part weakened;
b) at the break in giving of electric current.
3.10. Do not allow to work of strangers.
3.11. Do not touch electrical wires.
3.12. During the operating time it is FORBIDDEN to pull and bend the tool cable.
3.12. During the work with the electric drill workers have to use goggles, as a rule.
3.13. At breaks in work, when carrying the electric drill on other place the tool needs to be switched-off. It is forbidden to leave the electric drill connected to the power supply network without supervision.
3.13. It is forbidden to pull, bend the bringing electric drill cables during the operating time. Their crossing with the ropes, electrocables, electrowelding wires which are energized is not allowed.
3.14. At the break in work, break of electrical wires and any malfunctions it is necessary to disconnect the electric drill from the power supply network immediately.
3.15. During the rain and snowfall work with the electric drill on the open areas is allowed only as the exception in the presence in the workplace of canopies and with obligatory application of dielectric gloves.
3.16. In rooms especially dangerous and with the increased danger during the work with the electric drill tension has to be not higher than 36B.
3.17. Delivery of the electric drill from the storeroom directly is made for work with obligatory record in the corresponding magazine with the signature received the tool.
3.18. It is forbidden to hand over the electric drill in the workplace.
Only the one who received it from the tool storeroom has to work with the electric drill.
3.19. IT IS FORBIDDEN:

3.20. At operation of the electric drill it is necessary to treat carefully it, not to subject to blows, overloads, influence of dirt and oil products.
3.21. the electric drill has to be switched-off by the switch at the sudden stop (owing to disappearance of tension in network, jamming of moving parts, etc.).
3.22. It is forbidden to work and pass under the suspended load.
4. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS IN EMERGENCIES.
4.1. During the work with the electric drill there can be following malfunctions:
§ Rotational speed falls up to the abnormal size.
§ During the work blows or the increased noise are heard.
§ The body of the engine overheats.
§ Strong sparking of the engine.
In all listed cases it is necessary to stop immediately work, to tell the unit manager. To operate the faulty IS FORBIDDEN tool!
4.2. During the work with the electric drill there can be following main emergencies:
§ falling of incorrectly stored or fixed materials, the equipment, stock or tools;
§ explosion of gas cylinders or air-gas mix in the boiler room;
§ to lead the ignition of fuel and lubricants or easily combustible materials able to the fire or explosion.
4.3. At emergency or accident workers are obliged to stop work, to report immediately the matter to the master (foreman) and further to follow its instructions on accident prevention or elimination of the arisen emergency.
4.4. The workers who are nearby on the alarm signal are obliged to be immediately to the scene and to take part in rendering to the victim the first pre-medical aid or elimination of the arisen emergency.
4.5. At elimination of the emergency it is necessary to work according to instructions of the master (foreman).
4.6. At emergence of the fire it is necessary to stop immediately work and to take measures to its suppression.
4.7. To take measures for removal of the gas equipment from the place of the fire.
4.8. To immediately tell all working at the site, to the master (foreman) and in fire protection and only after that to start fire extinguishing by emergency firefighting equipment.
4.9. When using foam (carbonic acids, powder) fire extinguishers to direct the foam stream (powder, carbonic acid) from people aside. At hit of foam on the unprotected parts of the body to erase the scarf, or other material and to wash out soda solution.
4.10. When using of the carbon dioxide fire extinguisher not to undertake the hand the fire extinguisher bell.
4.11. Internal fireplugs need to use calculation from two people: one rolls the sleeve from the crane to the place of the fire, the second - at the command of rolling the sleeve opens the crane.
4.12. It is forbidden to extinguish the lit-up fuel and lubricants water.

4.12. At suppression of the flame sand the scoop or the shovel not to lift to level eyes in order to avoid hit of sand in them.

4.14. To extinguish the burning objects water, chemical, foam and air and foam fire extinguishers it is possible only after instructions of the head of works or other responsible person that stress from contact network is removed and it is grounded.
4.15. Suppression of the burning objects located at distance more than 7 m from the contact wire which is energized can be allowed without dump. At the same time it is necessary to watch that the stream of water or foam did not concern contact network and other parts which are energized.

5. UPON TERMINATION OF WORK.
5.1. To put the workplace in order. To hand over tools and devices to the tool storeroom.
5.2. To disconnect the electric drill from the power supply network, to collect the cable and to lay to the appropriate place.
5.3. To clean the electric drill and to hand over it to the storeroom or to the toolmaker.
5.4. During the operating time to declare all malfunctions, notes to the master or the relief.

THE INSTRUCTION DURING THE WORK WITH THE GRINDER.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

Persons not more young than 18 years which were trained, studied the operation manual and the present instruction are allowed to work with the grinder (Bulgarian).
During the work with the grinder it is necessary to use goggles.
Directly in bliz of the workplace there has to be the first-aid kit of first aid.
The tool has to be given only by operational and only to the persons allowed to work as the grinder.

2. BEFORE THE CUT-IN.

3.5. In case of failure detection in operation of the machine (the break or the crack in the abrasive circle) immediately to stop work and to report about it to the master.
3.6. When leaving from the workplace even for a short time it is necessary to deenergize the grinder.
3.7. UPON TERMINATION OF WORK.

  1. To operate the machine in the explosive room or with chemically active environment destroying metals and isolation.
  2. To operate the machine in the conditions of influence of drops and splashes and also on the open areas during the rain or snowfall.
  3. To operate the machine without protection cover which has to be installed so that to protect the worker from injuries, and the machine from hit of products of processing in air vents.
  1. Damages of the plug fork, wire or its protective cover.
  2. Indistinct operation of the switch.
  3. The sparking under brushes which is followed by emergence of circular fire on the collector surface.
  4. Emergence of the smoke or smell characteristic of the burning isolation.
  5. Emergence of the increased noise, knock, vibration.
  6. Breakdowns or emergence of cracks in case parts, the handle.
  7. Damages of the working tool.

3.8. At operation of the machine it is necessary to treat carefully it, not to subject to blows, overloads, influence of dirt and oil products.
3.9. The cord of the machine has to be protected from accidental damage (for example, the cord should be suspended). Direct contact of the cord with hot and oil surfaces is not allowed.
3.10. When replacing the circle you remember:
before installation of the circle the spindle of the machine and the fixing parts need to be cleaned from dust and dirt;
after fixing the grinding wheel has to rotate freely (check rotation by the hand);
make trial start approximately for 1 min. without loading;
at once replace the vibrating circles.
3.11. During the detachable works do not warp the circle in the cutting plane.
3.12. You watch that openings for cooling in the reducer and the handle always were clean and open.
3.13. (Transformers, the engine - generating installation) to network and detachment it the faces of electrotechnical personnel have to make connection of the service equipment.
3.14. The machine has to be switched-off by the switch at the sudden stop (owing to disappearance of tension in network, jamming of moving parts, etc.).
3.15. The machine has to be switched-off from network by the plug fork:
when changing the circle, dismantling;
at transfer of the machine from one workplace on another;
at the break in work;
upon termination of work or change.
3.16. It is forbidden to work and pass under the suspended load.

UPON TERMINATION OF WORK.
4.1. To put the workplace in order. To hand over the tool and devices to the tool storeroom.
4.2. To disconnect the grinder from the power supply network, to collect the cable and to lay to the appropriate place.
4.3. To clean the grinder and to hand over it to the storeroom or to the toolmaker.
4.4. During the operating time to declare all malfunctions, notes to the master or the relief.

RESPONSIBILITY.

The persons which violated requirements of instructions for labor protection are brought to administrative responsibility according to Regulations and the current legislation.
